HouseMax Pro Realty is recommended by our tenants to their friends for many reasons, not the least of which is how we strive to provide top–notch tenant services in the most convenient ways for our customers. It starts at the beginning, with this online rental application and instructions.

Please Follow the instructions. First download and fill out the application below and email the completed application to Karen  at Karen@HouseMaxPro.com  to get started toward moving into one of HouseMax Pro Realty’s premier rental homes. Please try to fill in ALL applicable information in the  application fields, as it causes delays when we must follow up to get this information. Thanks! 

After we receive your application, we will email you a PayPal invoice for you to pay the application fees online.  Application fees are $60/Person for tenants residing in the home who are 18 years or older.   When you are accepted, there will be $75 lease prep fee.
