Get Started NowA flat fee MLS listing means a licensed broker enters your property into the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for a one-time flat fee — instead of a percentage-based listing commission. You get the same MLS exposure as a traditionally listed home, but you keep the listing-side commission savings.
Yes. Once your listing is active on the Brevard MLS, it automatically syndicates to Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Homes.com, and hundreds of other real estate websites — giving your property maximum online exposure.
Since August 17, 2024, offers of buyer-broker compensation are no longer displayed in MLS fields. Any compensation to a buyer's agent is a matter of negotiation between the parties and can be addressed outside the MLS — for example, through forms currently provided by Florida Realtors. We recommend consulting with a real estate attorney or your broker for guidance specific to your transaction.
Some sellers are comfortable marketing and showing their own property but would like professional assistance once they receive an offer. Negotiation, Transaction and Closing assistance can be available for an additional fee.
Current service: Negotiation/Transaction/Closing Assistance — 1% fee
This service is separate from the Flat Fee MLS package and will only be paid by seller at closing.
